Come help us celebrate the 50th anniversary of Bethlehem’s 55 rank Casavant Organ. You will witness, via wide screen projection, the technical mastery, expressivity, musicality and sheer brilliance of Ken Cowan – one of the most outstanding young organists on the scene today! He has been praised for his dazzling artistry, impeccable technique and imaginative programming by audiences and critics alike. Mr. Cowan maintains a rigorous performing schedule, taking him to major concert venues in America, Canada, Europe, and Asia. Recent feature performances have included appearances at Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa California, Philadelphia’s Verizon Hall, Spivey Hall, and Walt Disney Concert Hall, as well as concerts in Germany and Korea. Many of his recordings and performances are regularly featured on the nationally distributed radio show PIPEDREAMS from American Public Media. Ken Cowan is head of the organ department at Rice University in Houston.
