Mark Paisar, Organist
The new Associate Director of Music/Organist for Bethlehem Lutheran Church performs a concert of music by Bach, Bruhns, and Vierne. Mark Paisar received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Organ Performance from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Mr. Paisar completed his graduate studies, earning both a Master of Music degree and a Doctor of Music Arts Degree in Church Music, from the University of Kansas where he studied with Michael Bauer and James Higdon. Mr. Paisar has performed on a program of “Pipedreams Live!” as well as in masterclasses featuring Olivier Latry, David Higgs, and Christopher Marks. In 2009 Mr. Paisar was an E. Power Biggs Fellow during the Organ Historical Society’s national convention in Cleveland, Ohio.
