National Lutheran Choir Hymn Festival

Sunday, January 26, 2020 – 4:00 p.m.

The 60-member National Lutheran Choir, under the direction of David Cherwien, is rooted in its mission to strengthen, renew, and preserve the heritage of sacred choral music through the highest standards of performance and literature. Frequently featured on public radio, the ensemble’s music includes choral classics, hymns, contemporary works, spirituals and major new works. The NLC received the 2007 Margaret Hillis Award for Choral Excellence from Chorus America and the 2007 Wittenberg Award from the Luther Institute.
